I love hearing about your DD1's brain. :love Reminds me of my DS11. I regret sending him to public 4K - 1st. He has been an underachiever ever since. I sure miss his old attitude about school and learning!

I say go ahead and breed the buck to your does. What's the worst that could happen? A not so good specimen of the breed? You could get that from any buck/breeding. Use the buck, then sell him. You might get the best goats ever, from that breeding. If they are terrible, eat the evidence. You want the does in milk, so just do it.
