4 weeks ago the house was listed at 49,999.......agreed on 40,000 and they pay for a cl100.
i have to fix the well.....i think..........two pipes are sticking out the ground but there is a pvc laying on the ground next to it. the two pipes no longer connect. at some poiint soon i will have to replace shigles....
