So did OFG start the foot photo trend? I'm cracking up how there are pictures of everyone's feet all over this forum all of a sudden.

so

today has been an ordeal of the feline kind. a 'tail' of pain, as it were.

before we could even do anything but tumble out of bed and stagger around this morning... our cat Nicholas got his tail pinched in the door. bad.

the short version is that we grabbed him up and ran to the nearest emergency vet we knew. they kept him for most of the day and got him stitched up and fixed up.

he's home resting now - he's fine. of course, i'm about to have a nervous breakdown. but i'm sure we'll both rally tomorrow.

we are a fine pair....he with a pain in his tail, and me with a pain in my wallet.

and that is what happened.
