In a somewhat lax attempt to get over the creeping death or whatever epizooties I had, today i'm having an 'inside' day. which means that I'm not lifting anything heavy but i'm also not sitting around reading magazines. I should but I just can't do it.

Check out my cheese-r-ific day:

* Parmesan - started!
* Feta - started!
* Roquefort - started!
* Fresh Neufchatel - hangin' in a bag baby
* Fresh chevre - salted and in the fridge

I think I've used every single huge stainless pot I have and I'll break the strangle-hold of grocery-bought cheese if its the last thing I do! Can I get an amen!?

wow! ok the entire kitchen is destroyed. there's little cheese curd shrapnel everywhere.

and i have dumped about TEN GALLONS of whey on the compost piles (more than one). i have WAY too much whey. way. no way. yes whey....
