Now, does anyone have the recipe to make this Pumpkin butter into pies?? Its really yummy on biscuits....however, I really want to use it for pies this holiday. Anyone!??
It's fine to (pressure-can) cubed pumpkin, it is only *mashed* pumpkin that cannot be guaranteed to all get heated through hot enough.
