One Phone Call--saved $10/Month

yup, 1 call saved $10 per month and I need it, not them...LOL


ATT sent me a promo email stating $14.95 for NEW RESIDENTIAL customer DSL Lite.....off the normal $19.95 per month rate.

$19.95? I am paying $24.95.

Well bellsouth and att merged...my rate was bellsouth old rate.

So I called.


Ready for battle!!!!! I wanted that $19.95!


BUT no battle, the nicest lady said well we will give you $14.95 for 2 years...then increase to $19.95 after.


I tried to get a "little" refund from my overpaying, but she said that was the bellsouth rate and it still applied legally...oh well,,,,I tried..LOL


I said HOORAY!!!!!! Just took a 5 min. phone call.


So I saved $10 per month for a total of $120 per year....and 2 years will be $240 savings. That $240 will buy me a camping trip weekend.......


So everyone be sure to check your utilities. I opened that email promo from ATT which I never do...and it saved me money this time!
