i found mine by word of mouth..real estate comp suct big time.
I live 3 miles from lake and 1 mile from spanish river (MAYBE LESS)
The best way is to come on vacation for a couple weeks and scout around.

I was passing thru when I found this place and now I,m settled in..built a small cabin to live in while i built my small house and got a chicken coop and good to go.

Doesn't the spanish river go through Espanola? Love that area and used to be quite familiar with it. I know the Timmns- iroquois Falls area very well. Eventually, we will be back in the north.

My family vacations just north of Nestor Falls - by Rushing River Provincial Park. My grandmother owns a little piece of heaven up there.

My parents took me there when I was about a week old! With my son, they wanted me to stay in bed basically for 6 weeks.
