I tried the geletan thing many years ago with my first bout of arthritis.... it did no good for me...
What works and what does not work will vary from person to person... all you can do is keep trying different things until you hit upon the one that works.
I had extreme pain and CMO worked for me, and got rid of it so well I've had very little issue with it over the years... initially I was having a hard time walking
Lately I have found Serrapeptase to be very helful for avariety of pain. I recently gave it to two friends, a married couple who have pain issues related to arthritis,,, she has a deformed foot from it. They are very pleased. It is Doctors Best Serrapeptase from www.iherb.com
