exactly! it's like the whole diet cola thing... sure, it's fewer calories, but those few are from a source that can kill you AND it doesn't actually facilitate weight loss.

I know I was trying to lose weight a couple of years ago. I'd see something for a diet, and it was all processed foods! And, the foods would sound good, but what about having recipes for those of us that actually prefer to cook, and to use natural ingredients?

Another plus ... natural butter is gluten free. Hard to believe but I have come across a few margarines and butter-like spreads that contain gluten!

Butter girl here as well. ;)
