Picture Of The Week (POW) Information & Submissions

We have a doe in the area that usually has quite a few babies by fall - one year she had 6 young ones following her. They were different sizes, so not all hers. There is a highway right near us and I think she takes the orphans and raises them. We have a lot of woods and farm fields around us, so perfect deer habitat. My neighbor also plants deer plots on his hunting property, so they are well fed.

Saw this doe with 4 babies on a route I was doing in Hendersonville. Couldnt believe she had 4!
