Ah! Fair point! 'Tis beautifully simple. Grab said Radishes. Drizzle on the oil and season with the pepper, salt and thyme (to taste). 10-15 mins in the oven. Linseed or another brown bread toasted stiff and oiled also. The addition of super tiny, baby spinach leaves gave it a little edge. Bon appetit!Beautiful pic - but you gotta post the recipe! I don't think I've ever had a roasted radish.
