I like ham, mushrooms, onions and green olives. That's as adventurous as I get with pizza ;)

Our favorites are:

traditional pepperoni & veg

margharita - tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella

BBQ- bbq sauce, cheese, chopped chicken, red onion and cilantro

Thai chicken- thai peanut sauce (the spicier the better!) cheese, chicken, green onion and bean sprouts

hot wing- franks hot sauce, cheese, chicken...bake, after coming out of the oven add diced celery and a drizzle of blue cheese.

We like pizza!

A very small amount of curry paste of your choice, mixed with a little olive oil, and smeared on the crust; topped with onions and anything else you want to throw on. Cheese is good on this (somewhat counterintuitively) but optional.

A bit of good olive oil mixed with grated parmesan-type cheese and minced (or pounded or grated) garlic, sprinkled with fresh or dried herbs (oregano at *least*) and topped with mozzarella, or mozzarella and leftover grilled chicken and thin threads of pepperoni, or with feta and onions.

Thin smear of basil puree from freezer with little good olive oil drizzled on and minced garlic added (or use pesto); top with mozzarella and onions and red peppers and some form of meat (I like leftover grilled chicken and/or threads of pepperoni)

Bake the crust first, then thinly spread drained contents of a can of tuna and top with a good melting cheese, season as desired (garlic is good)... basically the pizza version of a tuna melt :)

Note that I like to sprinkle some granulated garlic on top of ANY pizza I make before I pop it into the oven; it just makes it taste better IMO. I also grind some black pepper onto the sauced crust before putting toppings on.

Caramelized onions, topped with fresh goat cheese and walnuts - I season the onions with pepper and thyme while they are caramelizing.

Mmmm... pizza! I need to make some soon :)

We use plain tomatoes, pesto or pizza sauce for the sauce. I usually load it up with stir-fried onions, garlic and loads of greens--kale, chard, spinach, dock, etc. Then, I put on cheese, then possibly some meat like sausage or pepperoni on top.

mushrooms, spinach and marinated artichokes with ricotta and olive oil :drool
I can't see the spinach and artichokes going together--this works? goat cheese would be good on this too.
Yesssss! My favorite pizza from this neat little Italian joint we like is spinach, artichokes, onions and feta, with a touch of butter on the crust.

I like ham, onion, mild cheddar and pineapple.
Diced shrimp, green onions, bacon & colby.
Black beans, chorizo (just a little), queso blanco, diced tomato & taco sauce, topped with cilantro, avocado & shredded spring mix after baking.
