Ok, I admit a new addiction to roasted red pepper soup.
But there has to be an easier way to get the skins off than roasting them. yes? no? Is it possible to dip them in water like you do tomatoes, and then roast them afterward for the flavour?
When I roast them to remove the skins, some of the pepper gets too hot, while other parts of the pepper doesn't get enough heat to loosen the skin.
anyone got any tips?
Oh, and btw, the soups is AWESOME with fennel seed ground up.
