I knew I would upset someone. Sorry. I understand the reasoning I just thought it was a bit extreme in it's subject matter. No biggy. I don't plan to continue with this thread.
Have Fun!

So ANYway....

Back to zombie prep.

How WOULD you prepare for a zombie attack in the form of rioting idiots?

Not much of a risk for me in the burbs, but and angry and/or hungry horde. Yikes!

If they're just temporary rioting idiots, the most practical (tho not necessarily most moral) thing to do would be to hide what you care about most, then JOIN the rioting idiots or at least appear to, as opposed to opposing them.

That's a really good idea. If you can't beat em, join em.

You kinda have to adopt that attitude anyway if you're going to live in the 'burbs. Plus it's good practice to step outside oneself every once in a while.

But I have to draw the line at the brain eating part. I'd probably fill my pockets with cold ramen noodles so I could fake it.

For the record.....it wasn't me!

"Transportation officials in Texas are scrambling to prevent hackers from changing messages on digital road signs after one sign in Austin was altered to read, "Zombies Ahead."

Chris Lippincott, director of media relations for the Texas Department of Transportation, confirmed that a portable traffic sign at Lamar Boulevard and West 15th Street, near the University of Texas at Austin, was hacked into during the early hours of Jan. 19.

"It was clever, kind of cute, but not what it was intended for," said Lippincott, who saw the sign during his morning commute. "Those signs are deployed for a reason to improve traffic conditions, let folks know there's a road closure."

"It's sort of amusing, but not at all helpful," he told FOXNews.com"
