Question about canning potatoes

And oh, the scrumptiosness!

I still have $5 worth of 20 cents a pound sweet potatoes to can this weekend ! It's a VERY busy day. I wish I had snow so I could do the chores and then warm up by the fire. Good weather (foggy and 55) makes me feel like I owe it to myself to continue hammering away until all my energy is gone.

Fortunately, it takes no energy at all to be a giant whiner.

I must say, there is something about the snow coming down in fat flakes while the fire roars and the critters are hunkered down with lots of food and we are in the house, standing at the window with a cup of tea in hand, commenting on the storm. And cooking up a storm, usually. Something extra scrumptious. Hopefully we will have power!
