Hoping to sell my china at the sale Saturday.
Complete service for 8, plus lots of extras (used to be service for 12, but various pieces were broken prior to me acquiring it )
Is $250 OBO selling myself short?

Very pretty :)
If it doesn't sell this Saturday, consider E Bay and use a set minimum. Or call an estate sale and ask for advice. People ar either of them are more likely to know what they are looking at and it's value.

I sold some pieces to this company Replacements Ltd.. If they need what you have you could do pretty good on price OR just use their info to get a better pricing idea.

Pretty sure no one around here would or could pay those prices.
The dinner plates alone, cost $20 EACH to replace with this set :th
Even at half the cost, it would be way to high.

But maybe THEY would buy it from you!

That is what I did. I sold some plates, cups, and a few other items that they had on their NEED list. Made at least a bit of extra money that way.

What is the maker and pattern of your China?

Viletta Gardens, Gran Paradiso
Do they pay shipping too? Cause shipping from up here is outrageous!

Do you ever see china sets listed on your craigslist up there? That might be a starting place rather than trying to figure out how much that pattern by that manufacturer is worth.

Maybe you could put the price on it and say OBO?

Tried that already. Zero interest.
So we are putting it in our adoption fundraiser sale in the morning.

Its ok. I have learned to always think of that first :( Prices have gone up, and its not going to get better.
