Recipes that use pickled eggs?

I googled but only found recipes to MAKE pickled eggs... I need recipes for USING pickled eggs! lol Anyone have any?

Sliced they are good on burgers along with pickled beets and onions. I do them all together keep a jar in the refrig and just keep adding to it. I also chop them up and add to ham and potato salads. Also in chicken salad but I seem to be the only one that likes that.~gd

Bet they'd be good in tuna salad too :drool I like pickled stuff, especially if it's spicy! I'll try about any combination once ;)

I've been wondering about that, haven't tried it yet though. I like tuna salad & plain old egg salad, too, and wonder how they would taste with pickled eggs- bet I wouldnt need any mustard! lol
