I thick sliced a pork loin and grilled up the chops. Served with sauteed mushrooms and had a side salad. Pretty yummy! Mighta been better with a glass of vino. Is January over yet? LOL!

i had dessert first as Mom was making cookies and the i finished off some pasta salad. i really need to eat some fresh veggies and fruit tonight.

Sauteed some red, orange, and yellow sweet peppers with some purple onions, mushrooms and garlic. When those were mostly done I threw in some shrimp. Oh my! Scrumptious!

Chicken, broccoli, alfredo pasta.

I'd cooked 4 chicken brests Monday and we had chicken quesadillas for two days. Just have to decide what to make with the 4th one tomorrow. Maybe just chop it for salad.

 

[Mini Horses]

Saved over pork loin & baked beans. Heat & eat.
