I can't figure out how to do that on this forum....underline, etc. :rolleyes:
you just need brackets like these [ ]

so underline is {u}words you want underlined{/u} which turns out words you want underlined (but use the brackets instead of the whatever they're called that i used in the example.

bold = b
italics = i
picture = img

to create a link: {url=the website you want to go to}name of the website/whatever you want it to say{/url}. so {url=http://www.sufficientself.com}Sufficient Self{/url} makes Sufficient Self.
OK, I tried, I really tried. I tried to underline Wild Fermentation on my journal entry and this is what happened.

Free, when you respond to a thread, as I am right now, there is a line of characters under the words "Write your message and submit." If you double click on a word to bold it and then click on the "B" square box above, it will bold. Same with "I" for italics and "U" for underline, etc.

Right below are faces you can click on to add to your message, like so: :cool:

Good luck!

yeah, i can't use those because they slow me down. 6 years of working as a legal secretary and you can't stop to click buttons!

I've got the Charcuterie book & it is so interesting. I ordered it from the US & got it shipped over to the UK. I've been reading it ever since & hope to start trying stuff out after Christmas. HiDelight on TEG recommended it to me. The instructions are very clear.

i'm so glad to hear that, as i think it's currently residing under the Christmas tree for me! it looks mouthwatering.

i've not eaten pork in 11 years because i just couldn't stand to buy the tortured, disgusting animals they sell at the grocery (i've not eaten any beef that we didn't personally raise either) so i'm practically DYING to get that book and raise some pigs in the new year. i can literally smell the home cured pork already!
