Mountain Sage
We always save the eggs from inside the birds! They are no different than the ones in the shells except no whites. This year all of those will go into my freezer bag of organs to be kept for when I am canning up meat scraps and deer organs this year....for dog food!
When I was growing up, mom and grandma used to take those eggs and drop them into the chicken soup they were making. These were then made into deviled eggs later.
