Yes Bee they do have programs like that. But e bay has it as well. You put in your max amount and it automatically up's your bid.

I usually buy big ticket items n e bay. I find think out of Ca. priced better and no sales tax. I have sent my husband out of state a couple times to pick up vehicles. We saved a ton. As for selling, I should do more.
