I want to smoke some thick cut pork chops tomorrow. I cut them about 2 inches thick, I have them brining in some apple juice, water and salt in the fridge.
I only have a webber bbq grill, will that work? I have apple wood chips (which I will soak), real charcoal, a little box made for the apple wood chips and tongs. Any pointers for a newbie smoker?
How long will it take to smoke them, and do you grill them up a bit after they are done, say 2 minutes on each side?
