On the mug shot post, my first picture is a couple hours after a shower, with just water, no shampoo. The second picture however(the fish one), I hadn't washed my hair in probably five days, and I used baking soda and ACV when I did wash it. Could be better, could be worse, just comparing I guess. Ever since about a month ago I use baking soda and ACV every other hair washing/shower and my hair is fine to me, so thats all I can recommend.
