Around here, with the average gas price of $5.02 a gallon for 87 octane (which is a record BTW). I'm seriously considering buying a Tesla. But someone told me if you buy one Tesla, you'll want another one. If you get two Tesla's chances are pretty high more will show up sooner rather than later.

I do, I do - but only during the months of March, April, Nov, & Dec. Does that count? October and January are iffy. The rest of the time it's too hot - except for February when it might be too cold. (sometimes).

My kids are getting a mostly screen-free summer. I'm determined to reset DS7's sleep schedule by restricting artificial light in the evening - I turn off the circuits to the upstairs.

17 and 21 are the same exact event. It was poor maintenance on a portable gas boiler. They'd had issues and a chemical leak before. Management didn't really care about it because it's the only plant they owned on the west coast.

They told the employees they could just transfer to another plant elsewhere in the country. Sure for less money than they were making which wasnt that much above minimum wage for Eastern Oregon. Bets were they'd move to say Montana, the closest plant, then get laid off. No one took it from what I heard. I wouldn't have.

The company flat out said they wouldn't rebuild the plant within a few days of the explosion.
