There's two ways of letting it breathe - one is this, where you take out a glassful. The other is to put it into decanter. Either way, the point is to expose as much surface area as possible.

Note - if you have flies or fruitflies, you can put a towel over the top just to keep them out.

Thanks all! I just left it out, and chilled the club soda.
Now, what to do about the rain...

Weather is not great, so rather then Asado on the river bank, they are doing it here.
Fabulous fire, with huge slabs of meat.

I through together an Alaskan Blueberry pie, and its chilling now.
Chopped up a bunch of zucchini and have it ready to saute fast.

The men are all outside by the fire, munching on rutabagas from the garden.
They have never had anything like them before.
I just sliced one up into sticks :)
