NICE!!! What a difference!

Is this for starting plants in the spring, or will you attempt to grow stuff year-round?

We are going to try to grow year 'round. Planning of planting times will be pretty critical because of lack of daylight in the winter months, but I think it will be doable. At the very least, we should be able to really extend our growing season with this setup. This first winter is going to tell the tale on how good(or bad) my design works out. I want to track inside/outside temps, temp averages on overcast days and available sunlight hours from November through March.

I don't know about that old glass as it looks like it was fairly productive to me.

Greenhouse looks great. I love passive solar. Why would you not go for free heating when you need it and more food for the family too.
