Go back to that website and click on the cupcake link...ganache filled fudgy cake topped with peppermint icing...in it's own jar. Yeah, I know I jacked this thread, but it's pie and cake for cripes sake.

I saved it too, but I'll probably forget about it come November. I should make some now with blackberry filling and freeze.

This will absolutely be my new Christmas gift for friends. It is small, inexpensive to make, homemade and thoughtful and best of all...I can make them ahead of time and store them in the freezer. THANK YOU!
