Probably 2nd or third time to make meringue. I did it from scratch in my Christmas mixer. I do love to play!

Sold my shoe stretchers so I guess I will find something else to get on there. I organized my office about halfway today! Had the day at home and nowhere to go. Yay! Did todays and tomorrows housework since I have to go to town to mail stretchers.

We are going to make some chocolate cheesecakes at the dairy this week, practice for Valentines. Made choc. chip cheesecakes last week. Playing is fun!

Made tuna noodle casserole yesterday so I better go heat some up for tonight. That's it for today.
