So we found out we have a ntural spring about 30 ft from the house...

Hahaha...no doubt...I can't believe the whole world fell for the bottled water trap!

A friend in Wisconsin found an artesian spring on his property that was bubbling up slowly, he wanted to dig a pond and thought it would keep it full. What we did was buy a few lengths of 1 inch pipe and a well point, using a simple pipe driver we pounded into the bubbling hole. Shoving a garden hose down the pipe from time to time to flush the dirt out of the point and then checking for flow.
