WZ Thank you for the soy information...thanks why I love this site...I learn so much! And I want ducks soooo bad! lol! I will probaly get some soon as I heard their eggs are better for baking? Not to mention they are so darn cute....:)

I should be overrun with ducks next Spring. Let me know if a vacation is Colorado is on your schedule. I think we could fit a duckling or two (or 6) in your suitcase :D

Suitcase? Heck...they would have the whole backseat of my car! And take turns riding shotgun....:D

Wifezilla is right-soy flour and all it's related products are nasty stuff! I don't consume soy at all and that takes a real effort because it is in everything like HFCS. :(

I have substituted one tablespoon white vinegar for an egg before--worked fine. There are other binders out there--I cant' thik of whtat they are noe though. I too avoid soy.
