I love spaghetti squash. We usually eat it like spaghetti with tomato sauce and a few meatballs on the side. One of my favorite meals. Alas, we ate the last one last month.
Spaghetti squash has a mild flavor. But what do noodles taste like? Not really much of anything. They are just sauce holders. Same with the spaghetti squash.
