lol, thats one of the problems being into SCA (im a rennie myself, sca is too strict for my liking :p) you tend to aquire fabric like crazy :p

ive got alot of de-cluttering to do this spring, cleaning itself is nothing ive got 400 sqft, it takes me longer to clean my macaws cage than it does to clean the place lol.
but ive got alot of "stuff" that i realy dont need and if i plan on moving next year i need to get rid of junk so i can use a much smaller truck to get it all to my new place lol.

Hubby does that every week here, haha. Its the kitchen, that's my sewing room/grage :/ I got somewhere last night in preparation of experiments. But we all know that doesn't last long :p

I started spring cleaning awhile ago. So If I PM anyone for an addy, it means I am sending you stuff.

I did get the ducks out of the laundry room the other day, so half of that is cleaned, the other half is DH's tools. I ain't touching them. ;)

I'm with WZ....I hate cleaning because I will just finish making a room all nice and cozy and cool and walk away for ten minutes, come back and someone has spilled a glass, hurled :sick, peed:ep, left their dirty plate :he, opened the mail all over :smack, shed a bunch of hair:p , gotten into trash and chewed it up :idunno, left out a new project in my nicely cleared space :hide or rearranged everything for some dumb reason. :somad

I usually get "into" cleaning when I'm here alone and I know it will stay nice at LEAST until my men come home. I lock my dogs up in crates and my cats into my sons room and then relax for maybe five minutes in a clean house before it begins all over again. :caf

I don't make that much effort that often! Gee I wonder why? :hu

Loved SCA. Think I still have bruises from it. Well, still feel them anyway. That's where I learned how to brew my favorite beer and sew.

Yea, it's time to start spring cleaning. Think I'll go through my old clothes this year to see what I can use to make rags and quilts. Been meaning to make a rag rug too.

As a typical lazy male I've been thinking of using a leaf blower to clean out the house but it has to be warm enough to open all the windows so the exhaust fumes don't get too thick. It would do a darn good job under the bed.
Dust bunnies flee! I possess the Holy Leaf Blower of Antioch.

I started last week and attacked the basement for a good hour this afternoon. Lots more to do but it feels like time! Got a lot out, 2 trash bags, three boxes for the swap shop and a box for the library. I can see my seed starting table!!

I'm started on that today, too! We are going to be moving to our new property in June, and downsizing for a while. DH wants to put stuff in storage, but I am CERTAIN there is a lot of stuff we can chuck or donate. It feels SO GOOD to get rid of stuff. I used to move about every year, so I would do a literal house-cleanout every time because I hated to have to pack it all. We've been in this house for 5 years, and have accumulated quite a bit of stuff in that time. The only problem is that DH is working about 70 hrs a week for a few more weeks, so I'm just sticking to my stuff. I know better than to decide whether any of his stuff is worth keeping! :hide
