A report on news this AM showed some towns flooding there in Washington state. I always hate to see that. Happens too often in many places.

Glad you all are safe.

36 and rising this morning! Mid 50s coming today, with mid 60s tomorrow. I'm enjoying it! Will be a nice day to be outside. It's still a little wet & soft in places from all the rains but, can deal with it. More rain later in week and it's already way over aver for Feb. May be our wettest Feb in years. Last year it was Mar & April and gardens didn't happen because of it. Hope for better this year!

Coffee! Love that stuff. Going to rain this evening and rain all week. We need it.

The coffee maker gave up the ghost this morning. Son and I went to a salvage store. Got a new maker for 30+% off of store pricing. The box had been damaged, that's all.

Son got a $200 cookware set for $125. The manufacturer had discontinued that particular set. High-end brand.

Not a bad day

We have a store like that in our area, several in the state. Marden's. You never know what you'll find there. I can buy hardware by the pound. All sizes nuts, bolts, screws, washers, etc... weighed out at $2.00/#. Other packaged hdw. varies from $.29 and up per package. Kitchen ware, fabrics, building materials, clothing... and the list goes on.
