I think on that at times.....how in TX I worked so hard to grow perennials, and was so bummed for the TWO months my perennials weren't active.

Oh.... all you peeps with the butchering issues (as in butchers booked solid)

We called our local butcher(only one local), asked if they would butcher our pigs, they said sure. We asked if they could do it tomorrow, they said sure.

After reading all of these horror stories on the forum about all butchers booked so solid, I too was surprised.

And no..... it wasn't due to a lucky cancelation.

They have time.
