Stuffed Acorn Squash

I have just found the glory of all that is acorn squash this past Thanksgiving. I got them because they were pretty Firgured out how to prepare them later...I did a cream cheese ranch flavored mix with fresh celery, and bacon for the stuffing. My DD went crazy over them. Everyone else liked them too, and it will likely be a new tradition to have Thanksgiving They are yummy indeed!

May have to try the rice stuffing now
