Say a prayer for my little niecey girls. They both seem to be coming down with a cold. We're staying home from church this morning.

Interesting little story about the way God moves...I had been praying to find a church to attend while visiting with the Bat. She doesn't attend church and hasn't for a long time, as Dad hadn't wanted to do so.

I have been reading in the book of Hebrews and finding it pretty dry fare but still praying my way through it.

I did a search this morning after listening to the sermon from my previous church that I downloaded online.

As I listened, I searched online and I found a Baptist church in the nearest large town and was previewing the sermons with the intention of listening to one after the one to which I was listening. I chose one~I thought~from the book of Luke. Turns out I mistakenly hit the one from the book of Hebrews...it was a good message and it was from the exact chapter I am currently studying.

Would you all take that as a sign? Would you take it as a sign that the sermon from my previous church this morning was about the ways God affirms His call to us about doing His will and the importance of finding and attending a church?

I may be crazy but I think it all was woven from the same cloth and I need to attend that church. God is an amazing Father to think of me so specifically this morning..and every moment of my life!

We usually have a pretty good idea when the Lord is speaking to our hearts or directing us in this life...when he takes the reigns just hang on, obey, and enjoy the ride, that is my experience anyway! Enjoy that church Bee

Welllll, no shoving God in a box around here...
Where do I start...remember when I told you all about maybe starting a bussiness here at my house? Well, it seems that my boss wants to give me a 20 x 20ft or so space downtown to do what ever it is I want to do, part of his shop! Wow!
God has been working things out while I sleep I think lately...

Last night I recieved an email...almost deleted it thinking it was junk mail... It was from one of Canada's leading magazines. I entered a quilt of mine into a contest they had running a few months back and then promptly forgot about it
Well it seems my quilt won...................................

Ummmm....a $10,000 sewing machine... AND they want to do an article on me! I didn't get much sleep last night after that! It seems the Lord is leading me somewhere, the machine is just a bonus...the publicity from Canada's top selling magazine, along with the fact that I am now an award winning quilter....WOW...the doors are most likely going to fly open, and I think the Lod wants me to follow Him through the doors he's been opening.

Whoever said being a Christian and following God's plan was boring???????????? I serve a great and wonderful God! But I am a little overwhelmed at the moment

And I really can't wait to see my bosses face tmo when I tell him about that email!

Thanks I'm not sure, but I think it was this one. I can't remember whether it was this one or my other favorate, a snowmobile quilt
