I hear things like this and it makes me realize how we need to be so very kind and prayerful, always. Some loses, seem too hard to bear, and yet we have to just deal with what life presents us with. I have felt guilt when I look at how lucky I have been, when others have lost their children and yet you right.....the loss is just temporary. Thank God for the grace moments and small miracles that remind us of eternity because it would be so easy to despare without the knowledge of Heaven. I can tell of my grace moments, but its up to the individual to decide if they want to believe.

I firmly believe that we need to pray for our youth. There are many out there who need our prayers, some have no family support or anything emotionally strong. Maybe no faith in the L_rd. They do things they shouldn't.

So here is my prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

I cry out to you for the healing of my peers, so that they may realize their evil ways and repent unto the good way. I ask L_rd for you to send them the gospel light to guide them so that they may have a chance, a hope to see Glory for eternity. Heal them father, and forgive for the things that they do. Protect them from forces that wish to destroy them spiritually and physically. L_rd, guide them so they may know where their place in your kingdom is. Persecute their hearts so they may see the error of their ways. Lay your hands on them and heal the wounds that run so deep that cannot even be seen. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

"Well accordin' to the Bible, the Children of Israel crossed the Red Sea, right?"

"Right."

"An' the Children of Israel beat up the Phillistines, right?"

"Er--right."

"An' the Children of Israel built the Temple, right?"

"Again you're right."

"An' the Children of Israel fought the 'gyptians, an' the Children of Israel fought the Romans, an' the Children of Israel wuz always doin' somethin' important, right?"

"All that is right, too," agreed Goldblatt. "So what's your question?"

"What I wanna know is this," demanded Joey.

"What wuz all the grown-ups doin?"

Those who prefer telephone banking are allowed to take out their cell phones to transfer their contributions to the church bank account.

(The holy atmosphere is truly electric as the cell phones, iPads, PCs and laptops beep and flicker!)

We really need to pray for our leaders, country, and well-being. Dark days are here, and continue to be more revealing.....

Prayers for the Heaton family, this lady was just recovering from a big stroke and was close to being completely treated. She had a heart attack last night, and this family needs her. I don't know if she is saved, but I know they need prayers.
