Still waiting for a w2. Called and found out the accountant's wife has been in hospital due to renal failure/dialysis... and now waiting for kidney transplant. They are hoping to get the w2s in the mail by next Friday. The w2 seems so unimportant in comparison.

I'm just rather scaried that I won't have the money when time comes but I do think it is wisest to minimize overpayments.

But I will say that I do not use direct deposit with any Federal government checks as they have the ability to reach into your bank account at any time to retrieve an overpayment if you had it deposited to your account. Basically without notice. Where, if they send a paper check, they have to talk to you first.

Ours will go towards paying off some debt, finishing the coop, refinishing the bathroom and building a goat pen. That of course leads to GOATS!

We're mostly just paying down debt but I'm hoping for a new big tiller too.

All my plans for using my income tax on needed items went up in smoke with the death of my vehicle....had to spend the bulk of it on another set of wheels! :(

BUT....at least it was there when I needed it! :thumbsup
