no, I prefer stuff that is more than just looks. Cause a lot of herbs, vegetables, etc are all very pretty in their own ways. unforchanately my mom doesn't see it so she likes a lot of flowers

That makes a ton of sense! my mom only likes flower gardening : (
this year is my first year I've been interested in it! I'm hoping to attract a lot of pollinators and possibly press and sell the flowers online.
I also got some marigolds which I heard are good for pest control

then you make money... money means more seeds... more seeds means more garden... FLOWERS GOOD

haha, I don't know if I'll do it, but I have some money making stratagies planned out for the flowers. I want to dry them in our dehydrator, and use the petals in hamade paper, cards, those little dresser scent thingies, and candles. and then the pressed flowers too.

and since drying and pressing flowers keeps them for a very long time, if I grow enough, I could have my business open year-round.
