good idea! I would do a tray of eachI've decided to just start all my herbs to see how it goes, and I might direct sow the ones that are more sensitive to transplanting too
some plants might produce enough seeds that you wont even need to keep the packets. obviously keep them anyway but hopefully you will end up with a lot of seeds at the end of the seasonjust got them into the seed trays! I'm going to tape the seed packets and save them for next year
