what I'll probably do is wait a few weeks in between planting each row bok choy so when it is time to harvest the bok choy for eating I'll have more ready to take its place.

doing good! more and more are sprouting! I accidentally spilt 200 seeds in there so there is quite a few, I'll weed out the weekest ones until I have 2-3 nice plants
