Loads of great ideas here Lori!

At my house, I still make traditional stuffing, for the rest of the extended family because my girls don't eat it anyway. In stead of baking rolls from scratch as I used to I will assign someone to bring rolls (which will be store bought and not tempting for me)

As was mentioned use cornstarch or GF flour in your gravy (cornstarch leave a funny texture, if you are not accustomed to it don't try it out on Thanksgiving!) Bake your dressing for others, in a casserole dish.

I am looking for a nut crust recipe for pumpkin pie and maybe a cheese cake. Any ideas?

Take the recipe for graham cracker crust.
Replace the crackers with pecans. Soak the pecans for 7 hours? in cool water with a tsp of sea salt.
Drain and dry them in a dehydrator or the oven on the lowest setting with the door cracked.
After they are dry, chop them finely, and proceed with the recipe as usual.
