ok, gotta get more cleaning done today, my room looks much better with some things now more organized and i've gotten rid of some extra stuff that was taking up space, but i still need to get the floor dusted and some other things too while i'm at it.

i only have a few dry beans left to shell out (before December!) so i won't be making as much dust. still have garden club meeting this week and can take some seeds for the seed library.

if you don't like spiders don't look at this picture...

you've been warned...

beep beep beep...

etc...

it's a very good hunter from what i can see down underneath it. those fuzzy balls and the spider i had to clean up along with all those bugs and spider poo/pee/gunk (ejecta? :) ).

i found another one a few feet away behind something else that i cleaned up while i was there. wonder how many more of these are in the house? i dunno. i have found two in other places. will have to go around and see if i can do a census. cellar spiders are normal here and i don't really mind them. they don't leave such big messes like these other spiders.

i haven't done any searches online yet to see if i can figure out what type of spider this is.

i sure can tell all the up and down the ladder work this past month and a half has paid off... i just did 20 deep knee bends and it was like i didn't do anything at all. not even got me breathing heavy or anything. it will keep my knees happy to have more exercises this winter so tomorrow i'll bump it up to 30 to see how that goes.

more cleaning today. i was supposed to get a window done along with the desk and that window cleaned yesterday but i stopped at getting the desk and window cleaned. it looks nicer now for sure. it was a bit cluttered (it usually is) for most of the past summer and gardening season since i ended up putting the two large pots of bean plants there to finish up and then of course everything got piled around them.

it takes much more time to take down all the decorations on the window sill and get those dusted and cob webs removed, but what can i say? i like rocks. :) and froggies... :)

what is left of this season's squash that i brought in from the garage. with the temperatures getting down too far below freezing the garage isn't reliable for keeping them so they have to come inside. since our conditions in here are warmer than they should be kept in i'll have to process these within the next few months.

the most interesting one to me is the different colored lighter (larger) one on the lower left side. will save those seeds for sure to replant. :)
