Something like a 747 could be done as a double-decker (two story). The engine pods could be "raised beds", the rear of the fuselage could be made into a ramp and door system to park a car in......the possibilities are endless(almost)!

i know a guy in the Bahamas that did that with one of those giant old cargo planes that can land in the water... don't know what they are called, but it's awesome. he's just got it tied to the dock like any old houseboat!

yea I saw a special on it also on one of those channels.
it took the guy forever to get it made, but now of course the poor guy has tons and tons of visitors wanting to see it..LOL
cost alot to run I think also.

ROTFL!!! E and I have joked about purchasing one of the retired cruise line ships and using it for a home! complete with pool!! Just anchor it in our yard, LOL
