I was just telling my husband that we should start a notebook on "how to's" in case we dont have internet or power. He told me that I could be in charge of that.

I think there are several of us on this forum who do just that...I have a 3 ring notebook that has various emergency prep "stuff" in it. I actually enjoy doing it; I would never trust something so important to DH.
