Tuscan Soup (needs a bit of help)

Have you all noticed how many of our recipe threads end up discussing bacon or chocolate?

Tuscan soup needs garlic.

I'm making it right now in the crock pot.

I used rutabaga instead of potatoes, added garlic and french style green beans.

I'll add the chopped fresh spinach later and the heavy cream right before I serve it.

So far it tastes out of this world!
