Ummm...our well just stopped working!!-EVEN BETTER UPDATE

And not that this has anything to do with the current situation but the old well is still in the front yard. And it is a WELL. I'm talking "Lassie, Timmy fell down the well?" kinda well. Stone lined and everything. The thing had been in use for YEARS. Just an interesting factoid....at least to me. It was really fun to look down.

I guess with everything being so new, I'd give the well guys a call.

Was the well pipe-lined? If so, how far down? That strata report would show if there was any danger of any loose-type soil..

Just trying to figure out any possibility.

I will never buy another house in Ohio without checking this information. The casing only goes down 25 ft. (casing length 27ft, with 2 ft above ground. Any potential issues here?

Oops, saw that you posted the casing. that depth gets you down into the shale... nothing looks questionable there.
