Try this to destress. Go in a room by yourself and shut the door. Then find a nice, comfy chair to sit in. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Exhale slowly. While exhaling, imagine a place you'd like to be, whether it's on a beach, next to a stream, in a meadow, etc, doesn't matter, just so long as it's someplace calm and peaceful. Imagine the sounds, the smells, etc. You may need to do this a couple of times, but I know when I do this, I can feel the stress and tension leave my body. Best part? It's free!
