Improvising a more SS life
That US Radiation Map was a cool site but I wish it had more info on my area. I live about 40 - 45 miles from the the nearest nuclear power plant, so that part isn't too awful.
But they have Baroid (a natural form of radioactive barium) mines about 20 miles away from here, and they weren't even listed on there. I would like to know what the normal radiation level is over there. Some of our best friends live close to it.
