Took a few shots inside. Not where work is being done, but they show the potential of this old house.

Last report on the project was November of 2014. At last DS is getting back to work on the outside. Now both the lower and upper windows in front are painted and the gables are painted as high as DS can safely reach with our scaffolding. First he wants to roof the eyebrows and then we can get started on the siding.

Can you believe that after nearly a year, DIL is questioning whether the colors on the trim are in their proper place? What do you think? Should the center triangle over the windows be orange or green? DIL is thinking green was the original color for there. DS doesn't really care. Wouldn't take long to redo that small section.

Once the house is sided all the way around as high as the scaffolding will allow, DS wants to rent a lift and repair, replace, paint all the gable ends at one time and install new gutters.

I am hoping photos will soon be coming.
